Condition: USED. US Military Surplus, previously issued, used condition, no tears. ALL VESTS WILL HAVE FUNCTIONAL PARTS (SNAPS, STRAPS, ZIPPERS, ETC.), but will NOT INCLUDE grim-lock d-rings. They have signs of use including moderate discolorations, fading, scratches on snaps, small snags in fabric and/or dirt from field use. They may also have some soldier markings, such as names, written with permanent marker. The vest will not have any major rips, tears, holes, or cuts.
