Condition: Used; US Military Surplus, previously issued, used condition. The vest has all the functional parts (snaps, straps, etc.) The vest shows signs of mild to moderate use, including discolorations, fading, scratches on snaps & buckles, small snags, or minor imperfections in fabric, and/or dirt from field use. The vest does not have any major tears, rips, or holes. THE FOLLOWING IS MINOR BUT MOST NOTICEABLE: The elastic strap keepers was changed to coyote brown, the original keepers lost their elasticity
