The first strap is a soft, stretchable neoprene layer with hook and loop fastener and the second is an adjustable nylon strap with hook and loop fastener.

These knee pads were designed specifically for the U.S. Army and meet the highest requirements for impact resistance, durability & protection as well as comfort and ease of use. The outer fabric is a 1000 Denier Nylon fitted with a custom designed high density polyethylene plastic cap and sturdy foam pad inside.

The Coyote Brown color has been used by different branches of the U.S. Military for many years and is still a popular choice for desert style environments.
