Males: A double-breasted coat made of authorized Navy blue fabric with three outside pockets, one on each hip and one on left breast. Three 35-line Navy eagle gilt buttons down each forefront. Officers and Chief Petty Officers (CPOs) wear Navy eagle gold buttons.
