Condition: USED; Previously Issued; Shows mild to moderate signs of use including dirt, dust, and debris. Cap may need to be reshaped before use. Most Noticeable: The black elastic band may have lost some elasticity, has some repair stitching on both the sides where it was adjusted to fit the cap's screws.  Shown in photos on the listing.
