The M-4 bag is broken down into 3 sections: the dressing/bandage compartment, the airway panel and rear storage and IV compartment. It can be attached to any standard issue ALICE or MOLLE rucksack. Or, can be carried as a patrol pack, a fanny pack, or by its grab handles like a duffle bag. It also has drain holes in the bottom and is designed with a rain flap over the zipper. It has modular webbing on the front that can attach additional MOLLE or ALICE compatible pouches.
