These are US Marine Corps Temperate Weather RAT (Rugged All Terrain) Boots. These boots are issued within the United States Marine Corps to Marines operating in temperate to cold weather environments. The boots feature a Nubuck abrasion resistant leather and 1000D nylon construction. Additionally, the boots feature a GORE-TEX lining, speed lace eyelets, Vibram outer sole, fiberglass shank for ankle support and stand 8 inches in height. The temperate weather RAT boot is rated for use in cold or wet environments that range from 14 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit making them a great choice for use during those fall to winter months.
